Selecting data

Selecting input data correctly is the first crucial steps in making sure MagicSheets gives you useful insights into your data.

  • Select the data. You should select all column (or rows) with features (properties) you wish to use to make the predictions. You should also select the column (row) with the labels data, including the empty cells that you want your prediction to appear in, like so:

  • Press on the “grid” button on the MagicSheets add-on next to “my data is in…” field. The field will be automatically field with the correct address of the input. (Alternatively, you can also input this address yourself)

  • Select the location you wish your predictions to appear in. These should be cells in a single column (or single row).

  • Press on the “grid” button on the MagicSheets add-on next to “my output belongs in…” field. The field will be automatically field with the correct address of the output. (Alternatively, you can also input this address yourself)
